Mary Murphy MMedScOccHealth CMIOSH LFOH
Mary Murphy worked with multinational companies in Ireland for over 10 years prior to establishing Occupational Health + Safety Services in 1993.
A graduate of NUIG, UCD and The University of Birmingham. Mary was also awarded a certificate of operational competence in occupational hygiene (LFOH) from the British Occupational Hygiene Society.
Mary qualified as an Alexander Technique Teacher in 2018 and incorporates the technique into her Manual Handling and DSE training and consultancy services in addition to offering Alexander Technique lessons in the workplace.
Mary has been working in the area of Health and Safety since 1990.

Therese currently works as a reflexologist and nurse and has 34 years of experience.
